“I love cooking, and (really easy) baking! I like to try new recipes, but mostly I’m free-styling in the kitchen. I’m all about helping people create a well-balanced lifestyle with a non-diet approach to health and nutrition. Come ask me about my latest smoothie flavour creation (and whether or not it turned out well)!”
