Dental Care for Low-Income Seniors

 

Learn how to access free, routine dental care for eligible seniors 65 years or older, through the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program.  This program is designed to support low-income seniors.

 

 

To qualify for this program:

 

Seniors must be 65 years or older, live in Ontario, and have no other form of dental benefits. 

  • Single senior applicants must have an annual net income of $19,300 or less.

  • Senior couples (one or both people aged 65 or older), must have a combined annual net income of $32,300 or less.

 

Printed copies of the application for will be available at the Leeds & Grenville Community Family Health Team (LGCFHT).

Please call: 613-342-4076 to set-up an appointment with the LGCFHT's Social Worker.  Our Social Worker can assist you with filling out the Ontario Seniors Dental Care Program Application.
