WE NEED YOUR HELP
First, do not panic. With the safety of LGCFHT’s patients, families, staff and physicians, we are cancelling ALL NON-ESSENTIAL appointments. Telephone scheduled appointments will be available as required. Please DO NOT come to the clinic without calling first, patients will be only seen in-person on a case-by-case basis.

Effective immediately, currently booked clinic appointments will turn into telephone appointments. Your provider will call you within 45 mins before, or after, your appointment time. PLEASE ENSURE WE HAVE YOUR CORRECT PHONE NUMBER ON FILE. If you have call display, the call may present as a private number.
PRESCRIPTION RENEWALS: If you are running out of medication, please call us and we will provide renewals, or the physician will call you to follow up. Alternatively, you may ask your pharmacist to give you an additional amount. If they are unwilling to do that, please ask them to fax the clinic.
