The Leeds & Grenville Community Family Health Team (LGCFHT) is a non-profit, primary health care team that offers a wide array of interdisciplinary services supporting health promotion, disease prevention and chronic disease management through its two clinics in Brockville and Gananoque.

We want to hear from you!

Responsibilities of Board members are at the financial, strategic, and policy levels of governance.

  • Fiduciary and financial: financial statements, service plan and budget process, grants, financing

  • Organizational planning, changes to mandate and types of services

  • Financial and human resources policies, risk management and oversight for quality of care metrics

Previous experience, and knowledge, of board governance, health care, and the non-profit sector would be an asset to us. We are also interested in individuals with skills and experience in the fields of accountability, finance, and law - among others.
