What an amazing day for our Gananoque community! It takes a community to build community!
We partnered with The Leeds, Grenville & Lanark District Health Unit and Stone’s Mills Family Health Centre to run a community COVID-19 vaccination clinic on May 25, 2021.
We are so proud that we were able to facilitate access and vaccinate 380 people!
Big thanks to everyone who made this a success! We especially want to thank our incredible volunteers and community partners. Thank you Robert Kennedy and his staff for the set-up and coordination of the building. Thank you to the Town of Gananoque and Fire Chief Gord Howard for your assistance and for organizing volunteers, as well as all the staff/community volunteers who served. Thank you Fox Run by the River for providing refreshments!
Lastly, thank you to everyone who came out and got vaccinated! We are getting one step closer to getting back to normal and becoming COVID free!
